This article is devoted to a systematic study of modern forms of fraud in the digital society, their cyber threats, and methods of prevention. The research analyzes the types of cyber fraud, their mechanisms, and legal consequences. National and international legislation, as well as best practices from foreign countries, are comparatively examined. The study provides strategies for detecting, preventing, and mitigating cyber threats. The results offer scientific and practical foundations for enhancing preventive measures against cyber fraud for citizens and public institutions.
