This article provides an in-depth examination of the concept of collective labor disputes, their legal and social nature, and their classification. It analyzes the causes of such disputes in labor relations, particularly the clash of interests between employers and employees, working conditions, and wage-related factors. The article outlines the legal mechanisms for resolving these disputes, including reconciliation commissions, mediation, labor arbitration, and court proceedings. Alongside national legislation, the legal frameworks and practices of developed countries such as the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France are also analyzed. Based on statistical data and scholarly opinions, the article discusses measures and recommendations for the effective regulation of collective labor disputes.
