В данной статье анализируются перспективы развития международно-правового сотрудничества Республики Узбекистан в сфере предотвращения и регулирования преступлений в области криптоактивов. Исследуются стандарты ФАТФ, механизмы взаимной оценки в рамках ЕАГ и совершенствование национальной правовой базы.
