This article examines the concept of digital culture, its essence and content, as well as its role and significance in the life of individuals and society. The main content, structural components, and stages of development of digital culture formed as a result of the rapid advancement of digital technologies are analyzed. In addition, the article describes the processes from the era of computerization through internetization and social networks to the period of digital transformation. The results of this study contribute to increasing digital literacy, shaping responsible behavior in the virtual environment, and defining the role of digital culture in society.
