This article discusses the concept of prosecutor participation in the consideration of cases related to minors in civil courts, which is currently relevant, and its significance today, the changes in regulatory legal acts being implemented in this area today, the growth trend of civil cases related to minors, and the need to increase the effectiveness of prosecutor participation in the consideration of cases related to minors in civil courts, which was carried out through the study and analysis of national legislative documents and judicial practice.
