In this article, the problems associated with the same understanding of the essence of administrative acts, their application, the concept of administrative acts in legislation and their most complete and correct definition, as well as the identification of individual characteristics of administrative acts that reflect the specifics of administrative acts and distinguish these acts from others, as well as the problems associated with, suggestions and recommendations will be considered.
