This article is devoted to the concept of team leadership and its significance in achieving group success. It analyzes the essential qualities inherent in a team leader, methods for developing leadership skills, and ways of their practical application. Furthermore, the distinction between the terms "leader" and "manager" is explored from the perspective of social psychology in practice.
