Abstract

This article presents a methodology for developing professional competencies in higher education through the systematic use of interactive tools and information resources. The theoretical foundations of the competency-based approach, the didactic potential of interactive educational technologies, and the integration of digital information resources into the learning process are analyzed. A quasi-experimental study involving 120 students was conducted, with participants divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group was taught using problem-based learning, case studies, group discussions, digital portfolios, and electronic learning platforms. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in professional competencies, including knowledge application, practical skills, communication abilities, digital literacy, and independent decision-making. The findings confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology and support its implementation in higher and vocational education systems.
