The article presents a comparative philosophical analysis of the contemporary HECI (Humanity–Ethics–Creativity–Imagination) model and the humanistic concept reflected in the intellectual heritage of Mahdumi A'zam Kosoniy. The study identifies their shared axiological foundations, methodological characteristics, and epistemological differences. Particular attention is given to the possibilities of integrating these conceptual frameworks into the modern system of agricultural education. As a result of the research, an integrative model for developing spiritual and moral competence in future agricultural specialists is proposed. The model aims to harmonize ethical responsibility, social reflection, and innovative thinking, thereby contributing to the axiological transformation of agricultural education within the paradigm of sustainable development.
