This article explores the current challenges of improving the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On guardianship and trusteeship” in the context of digital technologies, electronic document management, and artificial intelligence tools.
The study addresses institutional reforms in guardianship bodies, the role of “Inson” social service centers, and the need for legal integration of the Unified Social Protection Information System.
A comparative legal analysis with Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, and the United States provides insights into aligning national legislation with modern standards.
Furthermore, scholarly views from Uzbek and international experts inform both theoretical and practical evaluations of the law. The paper substantiates the need to develop guardianship and trusteeship as a mechanism to protect human dignity under contemporary socio-technological conditions.
